Our Workplace Health and Safety Policies help us preserve the best possible work conditions for our employees. Our company is committed to following legal industry standards and create a hazard-free workplace. This policy applies to all prospective and current employees of the company as well as volunteers, contractors, and consultants. We seek the best occupational safety and health administration training opportunities and prefer preventative action. We have established a strategic emergency management plan in the event of sudden catastrophes inclusive, but not limited to hurricanes, fire, flood, earthquake, or explosions. In addition, practice fire drills and emergency evacuations are scheduled periodically. Our health and safety procedures are adjusted as needed to ensure the safety of our team.

Franklyn L. Durham, a christian Bahamian entrepreneur, was born and raised in Eleuthera, Bahamas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the now University of The Bahamas. Mr. Durham, a man with over 20 years of experience as a skilled heavy equipment operator, has played key roles in various marina development, land preparation construction, and landscaping projects. These diverse experiences have driven him to be the founder of Legacy Development Group.
